Avid readers, as we are a few weeks into the season I thought it was time to share a few views with you.
First and foremost, why do some participants in our wonderful game seem to think that the behaviour of your average football fan is welcome in the game? Sledging is part and parcel of the game and I have no personal objection to the odd bit of banter, being a master in the art. Group chanting, personal insults, fowl language and racist comments have no part to play in a match, those in the cricketing fraternity who think that this kind of behaviour is acceptable should crawl back to the pond from which they came and forever stay away from God's game. These brain dead morons, who if we face facts should be banished to the far flung corners of the known universe, need to be taken out and shot.
Cricket is a team game as we know, so why is it that many seem to think that the pitch, clubhouse/pavillion and grounds are magically made ready by the Cricket Ground fairy? Worst of all the same pleps seem to think that said fairy will also clean and put every thing away after a game. Do you spend your lives letting others do everything on your behalf or do you just think that small little tasks are below you?
Get of your lazy arses and help those in your club who through their love of their club undertake most of those little jobs that have to be done before and after every match.
One day the few will who do will not be there, then you lazy bastards will be up shit creek without a paddle unless you lend a hand.
Love, Peace and Anarchy
Nevelle.
