Aims:
• To
Provide skills training to club junior section
volunteers/helpers to enable cricket to
be introduced to young cricketers in a fun
and enjoyable way
• To
give club helpers/volunteers up to date
information on the coaching of cricket skills
• To
give adults the skills and information needed
to assist ECB qualified coaches working
in junior sections of clubs.
• To
give adults/juniors volunteers a better
understanding of delivering a safe practice
in a safe environment.
Target Audience:
• Parents
helping out at club junior sections
• Volunteers
(16+) working in club junior sections
• Adults
(16+) assisting club coaches on club junior
practice nights
Course Duration:
• 3 hours
• To
be delivered by arrangement locally as 1
x 3 hour session.
