night are pictured below. Of the absentees,
Simon Browne won the Saturday 1st XI trophies
for best batsman and bowler, while Michael
Males won the Saturday 2nd XI's bowling.
The club received confirmation
of achieving Sports England's Clubmark Accreditation
Award, the 15th club in Dorset to do so.

the award to Club Secretary Grant Neven.
Thanks to Dave Males for
his role of principle photographer in the
absence of the Echo's man.
The evening's entertainment was provided by Orb's Karaoke hired by Mr Tony Quayle. Highlight performances came in the shape of Jon Dixon's renditions of Neil Diamond's America and Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire; Dave, The George Inn's chef, belted out Dayo; Squeaker Browne worked through the Wurzel's; Dan Strong took on the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Dave Males surprised everyone with his version of Sunny Afternoon by The Kinks.
